Meet Artist Yash Singh, the visionary founder and mentor behind Chitrakala Art Studio. Emerging from humble beginnings in Bhopal, Yash faced significant challenges, including financial hardships that hindered his pursuit of higher education. After completing his 12th grade, he aspired to become a businessman, but unforeseen circumstances led him into a period of depression. Determined to follow his passion, Yash embarked on a self-taught journey in art, dedicating himself to mastering sketching.
Recognizing the struggles he faced, Yash was inspired to create structured courses that simplify the learning process for others. In 2022, he established Chitrakala Art Studio in Bhopal, aiming to provide accessible art education to all, regardless of background. His mission is to empower individuals—be they aspiring designers preparing for exams like NIFT, NID, CEED, UCEED, architects, hobbyists, or professional artists—with the core knowledge of sketching.
Under his mentorship, Chitrakala has flourished, now operating three branches across Bhopal: New Market, MP Nagar, and Kolar Road. Yash's dedication has impacted over 1,000 students, including young learners from classes 4 and 5, helping them enhance their artistic skills. Beyond technical instruction, he guides students in building sustainable careers in art, transforming passion into profession.

Recognizing sketching as the cornerstone of all art forms, we dedicated ourselves to providing structured courses that guide students from basic to advanced levels. Our curriculum encompasses Portrait Drawing, Anatomy, and Perspective, catering to individuals preparing for design exams like NIFT, NID, CEED, UCEED, as well as architects, hobbyists, and professional artists.
